A venue lists a game with a minimum player count needed to run — and a lock-in deadline.
Players commit a deposit
Reserve your spot with a small deposit. Watch the fill bar climb toward lock-in.
It locks — or you're refunded
Hit the target and the game is guaranteed to run. Miss it and every deposit is refunded. Simple.
The deposit is only non-refundable if you no-show — the thing that collapses games. If the game doesn't fill, you get every penny back.
